UK Orders All our items are sent via Royal Mail or myHermes using an economy delivery service and includes cost of postage, packing, preparation and labelling etc. We offer upgrades to our standard delivery option if you require a faster delivery. Please choose your choice of postage from the drop down menu when placing your order. Normally most items are sent within 24 hours during week days. However in some unforeseen circumstances items are sent 24-48 hours after payment clears (if you have specific details please let us know when you order and we will be more than happy to assist you.) All orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. Our carriers normally aim to deliver within 2-4 working days.

Collection We do not provide collections as we are an internet based company.

Returns Policy

Returns of faulty or unwanted goods can be made within 30 days of receipt of the item. The cost of posting the item back is the responsibility of the buyer (in case of unwanted goods) and should be sent through a reliable method with proof of postage.
