100M WHITE CABLE + INSTRUCTIONS + FREE TOOL We only sell genuine BT cable. This is the latest High Speed BT CW1308 Cable for Telephone, ADSL & Fibre Broadband Systems. Having sold countless kilometres of telephone cable we have come to know one thing for sure. The BT CW1308 standard does not guarantee a good quality cable unless it is actually manufactured by BT themselves. We have tried almost every major UK supplier of CW1308 and have often been so disappointed by the quality of the cables labelled and supplied as CW1308. There is a HUGH difference between the cables made 'to' BT Specification and those actually manufactured by BT themselves. There are so many cables being manufactured in the far east that are way, way below the standard of the Genuine BT cable we supply. We have sourced the best quality telephone cables available and can now offer these at our best possible prices to date. These have the latest BT colour codes and are made up of 2 Twisted Pairs of Solid Core Copper conductors along with rip cords for stripping the outer PVC sheath. This cable has 4 individual cores and is capable of running 2 separate telephone numbers through the same cable or a single extension socket in which case 3 of the cores would be used. Some sellers are offering telephone kits that use CAT5 cable. CAT5 cable has its benefits most of which only apply to LAN (Local Area Networks). It is not advisable to mix these two types of cables on the incoming line as they have different characteristics and doing so is likely to adversely affect your broadband signal. This Copper cable is best suited for installing High Speed ADSL or standard Telephone Extensions and currently achieves the best possible speeds of any other type of telephone cable available. Delivery Information

We are pleased to offer the majority of our items with FREE UK Delivery. This includes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the British Isles. Free delivery items are sent using our standard Royal Mail 48 coded business post.   We do also offer express delivery options that are available during the checkout process. We aim to post most items on the day of purchase or within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment.   Items are posted Monday to Friday, with a cut-off time of 4:30 PM for our standard service.   Most items are delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch but on rare occasions may take longer.   Please note that delivery times are dependent on the efficiency of the Royal Mail so kindly be patient if your item is a little late.   Overseas buyers must contact us for delivery rates before placing orders for items listed without International Delivery.

Returns Process

We appreciate that on some occasions you may want to return an item. The Consumer Contracts Regulations replaced the Distance Selling Regulations in 2014, allowing buyers to return items up to 14 days after delivery.  We have taken this a step further by offering returns up to a maximum of 30 days. You can return an item if it is faulty at our expense or at your expense if you have simply changed your mind. We believe that mutual trust plays the biggest part in making any returns process simple and fair for both parties.
