Question:Why is my tablet running slowly？

Answer: It is recommended to close unnecessary software, otherwise it will hang to occupy running memory. 		Question: Why is WiFi disconnected?

Question:Why won't my tablet turn on after charging?

Answer :   First try to connect it to the computer, charge it for a while, and then try a 5V 2A charger. Try to charge it for as long as possible to get a charging prompt. If it still doesn't work, you can poke the reset hole with a needle. We recommend charging the tablet at less than 10%.
