Hi to all the overseas buyers out there the postage price for international shipping is set out by EBay’s global shipping program and with insurance cover and everything else it’s quite costly.if I don’t use the GSP services it works out a lot cheaper for the buyer especially on smaller items but on large heavy 2/3 reel 16mm features it works out quite expensive and the eBay postage system works out a lot cheaper (only on heavy items though) what I normally do if an overseas buyer isn’t happy about the shipping costs I cancel their order and re list it as a buy it now with the cheaper overseas shipping for that buyer.(only on smaller items 8mm and small 16mm films)it works out better especially if more than one item is purchased then I can combine items for one postage price.but the only reason I use the eBay postal service is because of the heavier items I don’t know why the charge is so much for one small item and will not allow an offer for a combined discount for extra purchases.this definitely isn’t fair for the buyer.but it works out the same for uk buyers as well that purchase items overseas unfortunately. But at least you know there is an option
