This is my 1959 ford pop
1969 Small block ford 302 +30trw pistons crank balanced crane fireball cam holley carb custom radiator cooling pack from serck motorsport ,new water pump, just converted to electronic ignition.
T 5 manual gearbox ( no 5th gear ) jazz fuel tank in the boot .
Jag irs viva front suspension with a pop brown hd spring new front shocks
Fully rewired ,by a pro , every wire switch etc replaced , vary expensive high output battery new front lights with indicators in them , rear lights running led light bulbs. The body was stripped back to bare metal before getting a beautiful ford high voltage purple with some blue and silver flake in it to really make it stand out, this car is not full of rot or filler ,when the sun is not out it looks really dark , no joke it looks fantastic in the sun ! rear fenders are fiberglass. No door handles . The electric windows open on the key fob . reach in open the door. Pop brown new roof insert as well as new seals lights badges stronger front spring for the viva front end and a hell of a lot more , i spent a fortune lol . It has a boot mounted jazz fuel cell and braided fuel line . Inside its vary basic with 2 kirkey race seats and a load of Dynamat extreme and thats it . American racing 10×15 rear wheels with good tyres 4 1/2 ×15 front . Lack of spare time to use it is making me think of selling my much loved pop , id wanted one since i was young ,but seems wrong not to use it ! It is not for the shy thats for sure ! get used to people taking photos. ideally i think it wants a brake servo or maybe just needs bleeding, and maybe some creature comforts but that didn't worry me to much it just made me smile to drive it and it drives great .Thanks for looking . Should have said gearbox is a cosworth T5 it should be a 5 speed but 5th didn't work when i got it, there's a guy on ebay who rebuilds them and he said its a common problem and not vary expensive, i think he said £350 to fix and go through the box and upgrade .but it does drive fine as is . Nearly everyone wants to stop and ask about it . I am not vary well at the moment so i cant get out to do more photos or bleed the brakes or i would .
