I know its mad but when you start restoring a bike you dont realise how much its costs.......Ive spent near £3000. I have the V5 for the bike in my name and a dating certificate off the BSA owners club confirming it has matching frame and engine numbers.  The frame number is now difficult to see after powder coating. Note the seat says C15 on it.  It seems to fit but you can always sell it and buy a Bantam one. The bike is ready for you to complete and tinker with over the Winter......all of the hard work has been done over the past  5 years. Information from the dating certificate from the BSA owners club :- I can confirm that your machine is a 175cc D14 /4 Bantam Supreme Depatched to Nelson Ford, Stanford Le Hope, Essex on the 29th March 1968 it was finished in black. It is still fitted with it's original motor.
