This 1986, 911 3.2 Carrera started life as an original UK right-hand drive and is one of the best donor cars we’ve worked with, having had only two previous owners and a mileage of only 66,000 miles.
Converted to 1973 Carrera RS specification body, it retains all the qualities of its later brother. Never damaged, with original panels and a fully galvanised bodyshell, it has undergone a full professional backdate.
This fantastic car has been converted using a lightweight composite1973 long/short bonnet, backdate conversion with new steel wings, lightweight RS front and rear bumpers and the all-important correct ducktail. Mechanically, the suspension is being stripped, cleaned and reset to fast road/track settings with full laser geometry. New brakes,wheel bearings all replaced. The engine is the bullet-proof 3.2 litre Carrera with low mileage which has been fully serviced with an excellent leak down test and detailed to ensure it is perfect for its new owner. The gearbox is the correct 915 unit which has undergone a complete rebuild to ensure silky-smooth gear changing.
