1980 Corvette L82.
Automatic gearbox. Nice original complete car, only thing missing is the A/C Compressor. Stunning red paint with mirror T tops. Standard aluminium wheels with good tyres. Long MOT ready to use. Has a one off GM T top holding bracket that can either be fitted or removed for your satisfaction. Only ever seen these in the GM catalogues, this is the first one I have seen in the flesh.
Engine
Strong small block Chevrolet 350cid L82 matching numbers. All complete as it left the factory. Original air filter, carb and manifold, even still has the air pump fitted. No smoke or funny noises and has good oil pressure.
Gearbox
3 speed auto, changes well with no leaks or noises.
Body work
Finished in brilliant red it really looks stunning. There are a few very minor age related marks but nothing to worry about. Panel fit is good and no visible cracks or distortion. Fibre glass roof panels have been replaced with the much better glass ones, which have no cracks or damage.
Interior
Please study the photos of the interior. It has been upgraded at some point in its life, I think for the better. it is in good condition and makes this Corvette different from all the others.
Wheels and tyres.
Fitted with the standard alloys, and good tyres they compliment the car beautifully. No damage or kerbing they will look great with a Sunday afternoon polish.
