Seller: 330_man (202) 100%, Location: London, Ships to: GB, US, AU, Item: 223951215594 The car did not sell on auction because the reserve price was not met. The auction ended at £5,100. Offers over £5100 considered. I will not sell the car for anything below £5,100 so please don’t waste your time with low ball offers. I am not interested in a part ex. Please no time wasters or dreamers to make contact. I’ve had many time wasters and piss takers it’s not even funny. I will wait for the right buyer who will appreciate the car and the work done to it, not to mention the thousands spent on it. I am now more than happy to keep the car. I know I will regret selling this beauty every time I drive it. If the right buyer comes along then great otherwise it’s staying with me. All the best. Regrettably my pride and joy is up for sale. I had the car for the sale a few months ago but then pulled out as couldn't bare to let it go. I was hoping my circumstances would improve so that I would be in a position to keep the car. Unfortunately that hasn't happened and I'm left with no choice but to sell the car. I planned on keeping the car for good. I loved it when I saw it with Danny DC2 on youtube and always wanted to own it. My wish came true and finally got the chance to buy it. I bought the car for £4K in July 2018, it had about 168,090 miles on the car. I then spent another £6k into the car getting it to near perfection and how I want it to look and drive. The entire body was re-sprayed in Boston Green, all rust removed, not that it had much to begin with. I've got pics to back it all up. The car is now in amazing condition and needs nothing. Bodywork restoration of the car took five months from August to December 2018. Then car had a major service in January 2019 which had all fluids changed, plugs, coolant, crank sensor, cam sensor, heater sensor, thermostat, thermostat housing. Rocker cover gasket was changed in August 2019 The current service been done on 11.08.19 and vanos rebuilt done on 30.10.19 It's just had a proper job done on air intake with new ram air filter, and also uprated the fuel pump with an E46 330i fuel pump on 20.12.19 New crankshaft position sensor on 21.01.2020 The mileage is now around 171,000. Don't let the mileage put you off, this car sounds better than most sub 100k examples. The engine has no signs of compression leaks or any power losses. No misfires and sounds amazing. It pulls like a train and revs beautifully. These engines aren't stressed and with regular oil changes like this car has had throughout its life and in my ownership I confidently expect this engine to go on for another 100,000 miles with ease. The car needs nothing and has been maintained with no expense spared. The rear wheels have been welded, they hold air and are straight. The fronts are fine, with one wheel welded and again hold air with no issues and are straight. Just had all wheels balanced and have got nearly 2 new rear tyres. The fronts are Yokohoma with plenty of tread left. I didn't want to change the wheels to another set. I love how these rondel 0058's look and haven't been able to find another 17" staggered set yet. The reserve is very sensible, please keep in mind I've spent a lot of time, effort and money on this car over the last year and a half. I never intended to sell it so this is a very distressful sale for me. I would like to be able to buy the car back if the seller decides to sell on in the future. I'm open to sensible offers but please no low ball offers and messages of part ex. These cars are starting to appreciate and its dam near hard to find a Boston Green manual non sunroof car that is totally sorted. I have been told time and again by so many that this car is the best looking e36 they have seen. The MOT expires July 2020. It flew threw the MOT with no advisories. Only had a couple of bolts loose on the LSD. The car is extremely reliable and has never let me down. It drives better than an e46 M3 and I will take this car over the E46 M3 on track every time. This car handles like a go kart, is raw and aggressive. Sits beautifully and is very well balanced, point the nose and she turns with so much ease and poise. Every time I drive the car it puts a smile on my face. I was planning on driving her to Germany next summer that is how confident I am about the car. Too many things too list, best to come and have a viewing if you are serious. I will be driving the car unless I see proof of insurance and £6K in my hand. This beauty turns heads and I have met many BMW enthusiasts through owning the car. The plan was to do track days and take it to shows/meets but is also my daily driver. Simply put this car does it all for me. Sensible offer accepted, please no low offers. I know what this car is worth. I could easily make more than the asking price if I parted the car out but that would be a crime. I would like the car to be loved, driven and enjoyed. There aren't many manual non sunroof Boston Green e36 328i coupes around anymore and certainly not one like mine. I am a BMW enthusiast and would like the car to go to someone who will look after her and love her as much as I do. Bad points:1. headlights get a bit misty - common e36/BMW problem but no issues using the headlights, both headlights work. 2. Bonnet struts need replacing. I use a wooden block which holds the bonnet up fine so hasn't bothered me.3. As mentioned wheels have been welded but are fine to use and hold air. The bad points are minor and an easy fix.
