RETURNS

60 day returns (after delivery date) .  For a full refund returns must be made within 14 business days from delivery date.  Returns started after 14 business days will not include shipping/packing fees or return shipping .   Items that are newly damaged either in shipping or at hand of buyer will not be accepted after 14 days of delivery.  Please note it is best to contact us within 7 days of receiving your item to make a return. 

Damage During Shipping and Claims

In the case of damaged items during shipping, all packing materials must be saved, damage photographed at time of signature and reported immediately to us.  We will then assist with any claims or returns.
