Seller: phil66w (79) 100%, Location: New haw, Ships to: Free Local Pickup, Item: 174162529652 This grandfather clock was in my fathers house for the past 40 years, previously it was owned by my Grandad. The clock was assessed back in the 1990's and valued for insurance purposes at about £1000 (a bit excessive I think based on recent valuation). It used to work but i'm not so sure now, I guess if you have an interest is clocks it wouldn't be too difficult to fix. The assessment described the clock as having a movement by E. Davey of Lewis who worked from the 1800's. The date of the clock is around 1810/20.It has a calendar ring on a 30 hour clock which is apparently unusual. The clock case is of a later date than the movement with some minor alterations and there is a split on the side. Local pick up only (Woking area) and any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Was recently valued by Ewbanks in Woking at between £100 - £200. Happy bidding. Condition: Antique - good condition, Featured Refinements: Longcase Clock, Material: Mahogany, Clock Type: Longcase/ Grandfather Clock
