Antique 19th Century c1880’s English Victorian Oak & Marble Apothecary Scales. This is a set of a ntique 19th century c1880’s English Victorian Apothecary scales with later pans . These are in good condition and are in full working order. The base is made from oak with decorative inlay to the front, back and one side.  The oak has a dark brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain and a soft subtle shine. The top is made from white marble, which has beautiful grey flex and veins running throughout.  These have been well used over the years, with the base showing numerous historical repairs the veneer and some missing sections of inlay. The chromed pans are a letter replacement to the presumably lost brass ones.
