Treatment consists of one tablet, which should be inserted at night before going to sleep Wash your hands before and after inserting the pessary Remove the applicator and tablet and place it firmly into the open end of the disposable applicator Carefully insert applicator into the vagina as deeply as is comfortable, this is easiest when lying on your back with your legs slightly bent.
