It had blown it's head gasket and so my husband totally rebuilt the engine and improved the spec. It's got a new MOT, is automatic or manual, and has the enhanced audio system. I've used it as my run around and loved every minute. We had the roof serviced down at a specialist in Bedfordshire last year. It's only done 53,560 miles since new and about 20,000 since the engine was rebuilt in 2019. Wonderful as it is, cars over 20 years old are going to have some wear and tear. I have taken photos as best I can but you are welcome to come and view. There are strange scratches on the boot. One stormy night, I forgot to put the handbrake on and it kept blowing backward against my floral chimney pot. They have never bothered us. There is also a small dimple in the rear window from when I bought a piece of wood from B&Q. It only just fitted into the car but the movement of driving home was pushing the wood. The paintwork is good but is beginning to age. We are only selling because I have decided to go electric. It's up here to sell but we really want to keep it so no silly offers. It can stay here.
