This is an antique c1930’s German “Haller” chiming mantel clock . This is in outstanding condition and is in full working order. It has a beautiful oak body in the typical Napoleon hat form with a decorative carved plinth . The oak has a medium/dark brown coloured finish with a darker visible grain and a soft subtle shine. The face is circular in shape with a silver coloured metal chapter ring, black coloured numerals and silver coloured hands. The face is protected by a convex glass door with a brass bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with no scratches, chips or cracks. To the rear is the door to the mechanism chamber. The door is intact and also in excellent condition. This chimes (on a coil) on the hour (chiming the numbers of
hours) and on the half hour (once). This comes complete with its pendulum and key. The clock was cleaned and serviced on the 25th March 2023.
