Mr. Wilfred Morgan of South Hanover, Massachusetts was the first person to publish a catalog of calico button patterns, in three small booklets in 1939 and 1940. A talented illustrator and draftsman, he drew 293 different calico patterns, in black and white. These button guides are rare and are in unused condition. They do have some wear from storage commensurate with the age of the guides. There is some scotchtape residue inside the number 2 Supplement from something being attached at one point.
