Needs new spring and repair to suspension but key is present. 2) Brass dial clock with engine turned centre, nice glass and hands. Platform looks original and runs a little, even though the balance wheels wobbles so will need attention. The spring is good and one strap is broken so sold as parts. 3) I think this is a bedside alarm? The movement is signed 'V.A.P Brevete S.C.D.G' and made in France. This one is incomplete but there is a bell on it. It was presented to 'Mr Henry G.L Oliphant Midshipman R.N Royal Navy' and was awarded the 'French Prize Junior Officers Afloat In 1896'. This is a very interesting piece of military history. It also has a piece of paper inside the back door which is the original setting instructions. The back is also very nicely fretted out.
