All orders will be dispatched from one of our UK warehouses within 1 working day from the receipt of your payment. It is important that a valid UK contact number is left at the time of placing the order in case the courier needs to contact you in relation to your delivery. Please note that all deliveries are all day and time slots cannot be requested so please do follow the tracking of your item to ensure that you will be at home on the day of delivery. We also ask that you do not book in any installers until after the goods have been received and checked over by you; we cannot pay any installation or other related costs in the event of delayed or damaged deliveries. Due to PayPal selling policy we are not able to change any addresses on orders so please do ensure that your delivery address is up to date before placing an order. As long as your item is in a brand new and unused condition and is in its original packaging (including any tags and stickers), it can be returned to us within 30 days of receiving the item, at your own cost.
