AM Pro-9 contains a unique blend of seed variants that are specifically designed to grow in areas of shade. This tried and tested mix has proved to be the saviour of many troublesome areas.

Delivery Information

Dispatch

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 12:00pm (noon) on the same day using a 24 hour courier service.

Please note that we do not guarantee delivery dates as these are performed by a third party courier. All orders are dispatched with a tracking number for your reference – please use this in order to track your consignment.

Deliveries to the more remote parts of the UK (Highlands of Scotland & N.Ireland) may take slightly longer. *Please note that a surcharge of £6 per order is applicable for deliveries to these zones. If you are unsure then please contact us prior to ordering either through the eBay messaging service.

NB. Both collections & deliveries only take place on week days (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders placed after 12.00 noon on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. If your item is late then please contact us.

Returns Information

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your goods upon receipt of delivery. If they are damaged please refuse delivery. At this stage contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement. Shortages or damage that was not noted at the point of delivery must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt of your order and prior to you using the product.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled before goods have been dispatched will be refunded in full including transit costs. Any goods that have been dispatched and are already in transit (or have been delivered) will be refunded at the retail price less any shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

All online, mail and telephone orders are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel a purchase within 30 working days from day you receive the item/s.

Please note we reserve the right not to fund the cost of returning any item/s of correct orders, which have been accepted, signed for and then subsequently cancelled. All items are returned at at your own risk so it is vitally important that you keep receipts and tracking numbers for your own protection.
