PERSONALISATION AVAILABLE:

          Add 1 Surname only (we do not add double barrel names or 2 first names in the centre) up to 13 characters long.

          Add up to 40 characters only on the outer horseshoe. Only letters and numbers are permitted. We are unable to add all text in Capital Letters otherwise this would restrict the text.

***Please note: We are unable to incorporate accents above or below text or any form of emojis - eg hearts, as they are received by us as just a # symbol.

Regrettably, we do not have the capacity to confirm personalisation, or provide photos of the item once it has been produced.

Choice of ribbon colours are available.

Ribbon will not be affixed to the horseshoe. This will need to be done by the customer once they have removed the protective film.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

The horseshoe will be supplied with a clear protective film over the front of the mirror to safeguard it during transit. This protective film must be removed very carefully before using by laying the item flat and carefully peeling off.

As these items are personalised, they are non-returnable, as we have no use for them once personalised.

In the unlikely event that your horseshoe arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item WITH THE PROTECTIVE FILM STILL ATTACHED  along with the damaged packaging within 24 hours of receipt. Thank you.

We do not issue refunds or send replacements if the protective film has been removed from the damaged item.
