By Maysmor Wrexham (see a close up in the third picture) and apparently dates to the 1700s. In the Welsh Clocks and Clockmakers book, Maysmor lived in Town Hill, Wrexham making clocks between 1716-1730. If you want to see another example of a Maysmor Clock, Bonhams sold one in 2007 for £4440 inc buyers premium: Bought from an antique shop in Wales, but never got around to doing anything with it. Has four drill holes in the face to attach it, on the back you can see where someone may have sawn off the old screws in order to remove it.
