GUATEMALAN JADE OLMEC FACE PENDANT
Here is a large Olmec style face pendant. This was carved in the likeness of an Olmec artifact. It was made by our friends in southern Mexico from a "Princesa" blue jadeite jade. Princesa is known for its snowy white spots. This particular stone has lots of snowy spots and is VERY translucent. To add to ancient look of the piece, red dye was used in the eyes and mouth. It really looks like an artifact!
Let me know if you would like us to make this into a necklace for you. I can add as many jade beads as your budget allows. Feel free to reach out and we can come up with a design for you.
