Historic Walt Disney Studio Treasures from Saturday's Toys presents...   an exceptionally rare example of an early "Natural History" magazine from December 1956, as checked out from the Walt Disney Studio Research Library in Burbank.  Of note, the magazine includes an early article on diving by Arthur C. Clarke (1917 - 2008; future author of "2001: A Space Odyssey).

The check-out card (1956 thru 1964) references the following:

• Ben Sharpsteen (1895 – 1980); animator, animation director and Academy Award winning producer at the Walt Disney Studio.  Founder of the Sharpsteen Museum of Calistoga History in Napa Valley
• F.E. Faucher (sp? unconfirmed)
• Dick Huemer (1898 – 1979); animator, story artist, producer, director, writer
• Paul Lucey (1923-2016); screenwriter for Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color ("Pablo the Dancing Chihuahua", 1968)
