Here we have a very attractive Victorian/Edwardian cane seated chair. This has been beautifully hand carved back the top being in a fleur- de- leyes style and the centre with oak leaf pattern style. The wood has a beautiful golden patena that only comes with age. This is quite a rare shape to find for this style of chair. Dimensions are height 84cms, width approx 44cms and depth approx 40 cms. The cane seat is in a nice condition. The chair has had woodworm at some time but long gone. I have retreated anyway just in case but style a nice stylish solid chair.
