Love a faded, rustic French cupboard. With a marble top these make great bathroom unit for a sink and equally a small sideboard in your living or dining room.
Look at the bobbin detailing around the doors - so cute!
Crafted around 1900 this really is a heartwarming characterful piece that would serve well in a country , farmhouse or period home.
There is a single shelf inside the cupboard.
The marble top does have some old screw holes at the back and side where a previous plinth has been removed - see pics - I don’t personally mind this but it’s something to consider if you want a perfect piece
There is a working lock with key provided
the rear edge of the marble ( as it is original to the chest) is unfinished - meaning its not a polished edge like the front - this again should not matter, all woodworm holes if present are old and have been retreated as is common practice with any of my French finds
