A full VAT invoice will be supplied with all purchases.

SHIPPING: Orders are usually processed within 1 working day however orders made during weekends, bank holidays and extremely busy periods will be processed and despatched within 2-3 working days. All items are well packed to ensure that they are delivered undamaged.

Items are despatched by courier or Royal Mail depending on weight and value.

The Courier Tracking Number and tracking information can be provided on request.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES ARE PUBLISHED BY ebay NOT OURSELVES AND CAN BE A LITTLE OPTIMISTIC WHERE 2ND CLASS POSTAGE IS CONCERNED.

There is no tracking system for regular post or standard airmail services & claims for lost parcels cannot be entered until 20 working (Monday – Friday) days have elapsed.
