General Terms

All items are checked and in full working order prior to dispatch, therefore bid with confidence.

As policy we will not disclose our reserve, only provide a ‘Buy it now’ price.

Only bid if you are able to pay within 7 days of auction ending. If buyer opts to collect payment must be cash, again payment & collection within 7 days of auction ending. Non Paying Bidders will be registered with eBay as a non payer. The auction will be cancelled and the item will then be automatically re auctioned & appropriate feedback will be left.

If item is not collected on the mutually arranged collection time and buyer does not contact us by phone, the item will be re auctioned and negative feedback left. 

If the item is ‘used’ we do not offer a warranty, however any item can be returned within 7 days for a full purchase refund if you are dissatisfied with the item, but we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods (e-mail or telephone). Refunds will be made (excluding carriage) as long as the product is returned in its original condition and has not been used in any way.

All items must be installed by a competent qualified engineer to latest regulations and proof of this will be asked for if any faults are found.

Feedback will only be left once Buyer has provided feedback.

Please also note if you don't get the winning bid at the end of the auction, the item will not be offered to you as a second chance offer, when the auction has ended, this is protect you from fake e-bay members trying to commit fraud and get your money.

Title for the goods will not pass to buyer until full payment received (inc. carriage and VAT).

We do not cover for consequential loss of any type.

If Paying by cheque please allow 7 days to clear before item will be ready for dispatch & up to 4 days for bank transfers.

Buyer is welcome to collect by appointment only & must contact us by phone to arrange a mutual collection time.

Postage is for mainland  UK  only and excludes , N.Ireland Highlands of  Scotland & Offshore  Islands. 

All deliveries are ‘door step delivery’ only. Driver will not get involved with installing or dismantling equipment.

Please ensure that you check your item before signing as we cannot refund if signed for as you are agreeing to the contents as acceptable and the insurance will be void, so be very careful when your item arrives and check properly before you sign.

Insurance is only covered by courier up to point of signature. Thereafter is at Buyers risk. Further additional cover is available on request.

Glass is not covered.

When returning items they must be sent recorded or secure delivery to enable a full refund.
