This is our solution The Ultra Folding Bike Bag (the clue is in the name as to what it does) is very much like it's original big brother - except that it folds. Now you know where we got the name from. Some say Marketing Genius - others say "it does what it says on the tin". We just say 'Folding Bike Bag'

This bag has all the features you would expect from Ultra Sport and from a bag that has it's origins way back in the early days of Mountain Biking in the UK.

It's made from tough 600D coated polyester with the interior made of wipe down tarpee (more on this later!). But for this version we have removed the padding and split the base so that it will fold down making it easy to store or carry when empty.

I can hear some hollerin' at the back "If it 'aint padded then it 'aint gonna protect my bike" - well that's true enough in that it is not going to offer as much protection as it's big brother (the Ultra Bike Bag - still available) - but we found that most people when packing for a trip used the space in and around their bike to pack in their clothing and all sorts of stuff. So all you have to do is pack your Granny's knickers and your pride and joy will be well padded out. Seriously - you can pack enough stuff in and around your bike for a 2 week trip. One bag, all your kit, your bike, you're gone! Bye bye work.

Made of super tough 600D nylon which is tough against abrasion and a super tough split folding moulded base this bag will stand just about everything that they can throw at it. (That is not a challenge to you Baggage Handlers!)

Wheel Bags Included - How much can you say about wheel bags? I mean they are just wheel bags… well first note that they will NOT fit 29'er wheels... sorry. In our bike bags we include two separate padded wheel bags, which have some super duper nice features that you'll be hard pushed to find elsewhere. They zip close completely - that is all the way round so the wheels are fully enclosed - this totally keeps your wheels safe. But they also have clever little cut outs in them and these have two functions: - • First you can zip tie your wheels to your frame which will save them from moving around. • Secondly these cut outs allow some air to circulate so your wheel bags will not smell like some old road kill.

Large Zip Pockets. These are found on the inside walls of the bag - one on either side - so you can stash away whatever it is that you want to keep clean and tidy. Probably best not to stash beer in them - but they're handy for sure.

Tarpee - what's tarpee? Well - as you are such a tidy minded person you will also be pleased to note that all the inside, including the wheel bags that we love so much, is made of wipe down tarpee. So now you can spend your time cleaning the inside of your Bike Bag rather than the kitchen.

The Carry straps have a shoulder pad and are adjustable so small or tall you can still "shoulder it up the stairs"... but on the flat across those smooth tiled airport concourses..... Dragging your beloved bike across the airport is now easy - two skate wheels at one end and a handle at the other end mean that it's a synch to move about. And these are not just any old wheels - these are super smooth like a baby's bottom - they simply purr across an airport or train station. Oh - and clever people that we are - just above them you will find another grab handle so if a two man lift is necessary it can be done. Our sincere prayer here is that the Baggage Handlers will spot this and perhaps, just perhaps, they will think of using them. (Probably not!)

Note for Larger Frame's including 29er's Large framed Dual Suspension 29er? Here are our suggestions to fit: Remove both wheels, and tyre and tube on the front wheel - to allow wheel to fit into wheel pocket (wheel pocket is designed for 700 x 23/35c or 26" MTB wheels fitted with tyres inflated only) We recommend that the rear derailleur and handlebars be removed for best fit too.
