TERMS OF SALE
Unless clearly stated otherwise, all my goods are brand new.
I abide by the UK distance selling law and the sale of goods act.
I provide advice on sizing, but as different brands sizes vary, it is up to the buyer to make a decision on choice of size.
Please follow manufacturers clothing care instructions.
PAYMENT
Payment must be received in full before item is dispatched. If payment is not received within 30 days of purchase, reluctantly i must open an unpaid case with ebay If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, reluctantly i must open an unpaid case with ebay.
Paypal is preferred.
If paying by cheque; please allow 5 business days after I have received the cheque before I can post.
International customers: Paypal only
If sending payment in the post, please provide details of name, address, ebay user ID and item number
SHIPPING
Delivery Times: Once an item is dispatched I am not responsible for the delivery time. Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes 1-2 days. Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes 2-4 days.
Dispatch times: I aim to dispatch your item(s) within 1 working day after payment.
Notification: I will notify you when your item has been dispatched
Postage cost: includes the actual postal cost plus packaging / handling costs.
Insurance: All parcels sent are fully insured.
Postal Loss: Always wait a few days before contacting me. Parcels sometimes arrive late. It’s a fact. It’s always worth checking at your local sorting office if your parcel still hasn’t turned up after a few days. In the rare event of a parcel going astray please notify me through ebay messages.
PROBLEMS
Please bear in mind that we are all human and occasionally mistakes do happen. If you have any queries about my products or service please do not hesitate to get in touch. I will endeavour to resolve any problems quickly and to the buyer’s satisfaction. See my feedback comments about customer service. My sincere apologies should a problem occur.
RETURNS
UNSUITABLE ITEMS. can be returned within 30 days of receipt using a recorded delivery service at the buyers expense
Once the item has been received and assessed a full refund minus the original postage will be issued. Please note for hygiene reasons i cannot accept returns of swimwear or underwear.
FAULTY ITEMS. In the rare event that an item is faulty please notify me straight away.
