It is a cool running system with no need for internal fans. It is completely Silent and has water resistant casing. This unit doesn't have a reset button but the 1000W version does It is important to choose your growing equipment carefully to maximize the potential of your growing space. We dispatch packages daily during the week, generally speaking if we receive an order by 11am it'll get dispatched that day.  

- Smaller items are sent via the Royal Mail 2nd class for free or you can choose to pay extra to upgrade to next day delivery by UKMail. 

- Larger items (most of our products) and larger orders are dispatched via UKMail as standard at no charge and are next day delivery.

- Large & heavy items have the option to collect in person from one of our stores or delivery via pallet. Each item has the specific delivery policy attatched to the listing.

Confirmation & tracking

Email confirmation via eBay is provided once the order has been placed and again when dispatched. Tracking information is uploaded to eBay for all orders once they've been dispatched. If your tracking reference is long and all numbers you can t rack UKMail here. If it starts and ends with letters it'll be coming via Royal Mail tracked . If your reference is neither then it's probably a pallet, in which case it's anyones guess and you may as well send us an email to enquire about them!

Non-delivery

If our courier cannot deliver your parcel after two attempts they return it to us. We will then need to charge a redelivery fee in order to send it out again. We only provide free delivery for the initial attempt.

Packaging

All our items are wrapped in black plastic pallet wrapping with no identifying product names or company info ensuring discretion.

Overseas

Orders going outside the UK are delivery via eBay's Global Shipping Programme, if you add the item to your basket eBay will calculate the pricing. 

Please note: butane canisters and Isopropyl Alcohol cannot be delivered outside the UK due to it being a hazardous material.

Any* item that is delivered but unwanted can be returned within 30 days at your own cost.

Any items being returned which are not in the original packaging will be subject to a repacking fee of 20% of the order value.

All returns are inspected and, if needed, tested when they're received at our warehouse. Refunds are only paid once this has happened. *Tents are the only exception to this and returns are only accepted if the product is faulty or the box hasn't been opened. This caveat is due to tents rarely going back into the box as they came out. Also that existing grow rooms may contain pathogens, if we accept the return it'd risk spreading the pathogen to the customer's grow room who buys the tent in future.
