Our liability ends with a clear signature obtained by the courier.

Returns

All of our descriptions are as accurate as possible. Returns are only accepted for faulty goods in which case a replacement or repair will be offered. A refund will only be offered where a replacement or repair is not available. This does not effect your statutory rights. If an item develops a fault after the 28 day cooling off period then your item will be covered by our standard 3 month warranty (unless other wiser stated). We would require the item to be sent back to us for a warranty repair or replacement. We will not under any circumstances offer a full refund after the 28 day cooling off period. If your item develops a fault and your warranty has expired we will do our best to arrange a repair for you if we can (subject to parts being available) but this service is not guaranteed and will be chargeable to you the customer.
