Apply with a suitable cloth, rub in until absorbed and then buff up with another cloth. A neutral polish is sensible for all colours. Allow any mud or stains to dry before attempting to remove them from the elastane area. Once dry, remove any dirt with a soft brush and then wipe with a damp cloth. If your footwear gets wet allow it to dry naturally. Don’t put them in the airing cupboard or near a fire or radiator. Trying On To avoid scratching the soles of footwear when trying on, please stand on carpet when trying for size. Please keep linings clean by wearing socks/hosiery when trying for size. Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, I can only accept returns of socks, hosiery and foot comfort items if they are still sealed and unused, unless the goods are faulty. Therefore they can not be tried for size and returned. Please contact me prior to returning faulty items. RETURNS To return an order you must open an eBay returns case straight away and return the goods to me immediately after your returns case is accepted by me. You may return your order any time within sixty (60) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, otherwise I reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund on return, for any damage to the item or packaging.
