1. Delivery Terms

1.1 All orders received before 12pm & cleared payment will be dispatched the same working day for delivery. 1.2 Any date of delivery given by the Seller to the Buyer shall be an estimate date only and while the Seller will endeavour to comply with such date the Seller shall not be responsible for late delivery. 1.3 Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. 1.4 Unfortunately, we do not delivery to addresses outside the UK. 1.5 You may place an order for Products from outside the UK, but this order must be for delivery to an address in the UK.

• Delivery Attempts

2.1 Our standard service is only one attempt delivery. 2.2 On non-delivery a card will be left where access is possible indicating the local depot where your parcel can be collected. It is the customer's responsibility to rearrange the delivery or collect the order from the local depot. 2.3 The parcel will be held at your local hub for 5 days before being returned to sender.

• Returns

If your order is received faulty or not as described, we do offer a full refund policy. Please advise of a return requests in writing via email, messaging or returns system via Ebay within 7 working days after the goods have been delivered, (notification by phone is not acceptable). The goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your item. The return postage is refundable. Please ensure they are returned in re-saleable condition and with all original packaging and protective bags, however small. Once we have received the goods back a full refund will be issued through PayPal.

3. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy sets out what personal buyer information we receive from Ebay, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we will share it with other parties. Data We Receive: Personally Identifiable Information We receive personally identifiable information from Ebay only when it is voluntarily submitted by buyers when placing an on-line order. The data we receive includes: name, billing address, delivery name, delivery address, e-mail address (in encrypted format), telephone number, date of order, items ordered, value of items ordered, chosen method of delivery. We do not sell or rent personally identifiable information to any third party for any purpose.

How we use buyers' personal information We may use any personal buyer information provided by Ebay to:

• process and dispatch buyers' order / s
• carry out regulatory checks to meet our legal obligations
• prevent and detect crime
• develop and improve our products
• undertake anonymized statistical analysis (we won't be able to identify individuals from this data)

We treat all information we hold about buyers as private and confidential. We will not reveal any personal details or details concerning buyers' orders to anyone not connected with us, unless:

• a buyer asks us to reveal the information, or we have a buyer's permission to do so
• we are required or permitted to do so by law
• it is required by law enforcement, fraud prevention or credit reference agencies

We may share buyer personal information with our suppliers, service providers and other contractors only to fulfil orders buyers place with us on Ebay.

Data Subject Access Requests Under The GDPR buyers are entitled to obtain from us (the Data Processor for the purposes of The GDPR when selling on eBay) a copy of the data held concerning them and to have any inaccuracies in the data rectified. We are obliged to provide this data to within 1 calendar month of the request and free of charge. However we have the right to refuse or charge for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive and repetitive.
