A vintage metal (stainless steel) Dallan camera film developing tank. I believe for approximately 3.5 x 4.5 inch negatives. One of the side clips is broken - it is only one small curved end broken off, and so could possibly be repaired / replaced - see pictures.  Also there are no film holders inside - just the basket that the film holders go into.  It is water-tight and both screw caps are included and fit well.  Please see pictures.
