Our dedicated tracking team will try to resolve any issues that may arise. Some Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland postcodes will incur a deliver surcharge (see below). Returns

All items returned as unsuitable must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a full refund offered. Refunds can only be given up to 30 days after purchase. Exchange of product like for like thereafter. In the unlikely event of a warranty claim all products must be returned to alpha batteries for testing unless a fault report can be obtained locally. Please note all batteries tested locally must be fully charged. Alpha batteries are not responsible for the return of goods.
