Restored vintage smiths enfield striking mantle clock made in Feb 1952.
The case is in good condition with no loss of veneer , it's had several coats of polish to bring out its shine.
Inside the case has been repainted in black.
The smiths enfield movement has been fully dismantled and cleaned in an ultrasonic bath reassembled and lightly oiled with good quality clock oil.
It's been ticking away here now for some weeks keeping good time and striking as it should. Strikes the half hour and then the number of hours on the hour on a single gong.
The clock measures 26 cm in length , 12 cm wide and 23 cm high.
Comes complete with its pendulum and a key.
I will include some simple setting up instructions just incase you are not familiar with mechanical pendulum clocks.
Thanks for looking.
