These very basic walkie talkies are in Very Good condition with some minor signs of use such as very light marks and scratches none of which are obvious. They operate at 40.666 MHz FM VHF. I have tested them about 200 yards apart and are fully working. They are powered by 1x PP3 battery which are easy to obtain and have Duracell ones installed. They have a belt clip on the back. A red light indicates the battery has power.
