Edward James Herbert became 3rd Earl of Powis. Printed back stamp MANUFACTURED by J. CLEMENTSON Broad Street SHELTON STAFFORDSHIRE. Good undamaged condition. No repairs, chips or cracks. Sharp clear print. Three small patches of glaze wear to wavy rim. Approximate measurements Diameter 27cm. Height 3.5cm.
