A beautiful early Victorian square piano, by John Broadwood & Sons of London, one of the oldest and most prestigious piano manufacturers in the world.  (They are still in existence, and offer a full restoration service) Mahogany cased.  In need of full restoration should you wish to use it for its original purpose. If not, then it makes a simply superb piece of furniture, with the hinged top making it a perfect large table. The keys do work, though. There are also some pieces which it appears were intended to be used as part of its refurbishment, wires, key tops etc.  I have no expertise in this area, so if you have questions, please do ask and I will do my best to answer. The case is in good solid condition, no rot or worm.  The legs and castors are possibly not original, but are in keeping with the style.  There are some marks and scratches to the top. 68" x 26" x 33" high. Collection welcome, indeed encouraged - we are two minutes from junction 26 M62 (West Yorkshire), or we can deliver within the Yorkshire/Lancashire area - please send your postcode for a quote. We would suggest that, if you cannot collect, that you source a specialist courier who will pack and transport as an individual item.
