Returns - will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in perfect packaged condition, with a printout of your Paypal payment and a covering letter. 

Faulty Goods – We offer a 6 month warranty on new goods (unless otherwise specified) and 3 months on slight second or ex display goods (unless otherwise stated). This is within a fair wear and tear policy and fault must be verified by us prior to any refund or replacement product being offered. Products damaged by excessive use, mis-use or incorrect product care would not be valid for action under warranty.

Non Payment – if payment is not received within 5 days of listing end, the item will be relisted and you will be barred from purchasing/bidding on any other sports-bay-clearance listings.
