Excellent Gentleman’s Silver Wallet & Card Holder, Chester 1915

A gentleman’s silver wallet/card holder, fully hallmarked in Chester in 1915 with the makers mark C.C, which is Colen Hewer Cheshire. Lovely quality, has spaces for business cards, stamps, money etc. including a sheet of celluloid? for scribbling notes ( includes its propelling pencil but the end has lots of teeth marks ). Lined with leather, which is in very good condition with just a little dirt, the sprung clasp is fine and closes with a snap, the hinge is very good, and the condition is very good although there are a few little dings on the silver and could do with the outside polished. Size is 4ins x 3ins x 1/2in or 10cms x 7.5cms x 12cms, and weighs 128.2gms.
