DESIGNER/COMPANY/COUNTRY : The Plainville Stock Company: Founded in 1872 Plainville, Massachusetts, they produced excellent quality 10-18k gold jewelry as well as silver, gold, and rhodium plated and filled pieces. In addition, the company jewelers used precious stones, glitter in enamel, multicolor crystals and rhinestones. Plainville’s trademarks include “P.S. Co.” and “Patrician.” The company ceased operations c.2008 and their early vintage/antique items are certainly well worth collecting and investing in as they command high prices in today’s market.

CONDITION: Excellent Vintage condition with very minor wear considering the age! The Rhodium plating has done its job and kept the metal tarnish free. Please view all photos to judge for yourself keeping in mind that they’re high def Canon pics which exaggerate any blemishes that may be present.
