Fantastic Hou 16 3 person Canadian Canoe. Less than a year old and barely used, a fantastic British made 3 person Hou Canadian Canoe. The hōu 16 is all you need for a good trip! Be that a day out with the family or a multi day adventure. It will carry plenty of gear, or alternatively a lot of kids and all with ease. The long 16ft boat gives a more efficient glide and improved tracking whilst the slight rocker aids turning when required. It has good depth meaning that it will handle white water and help you just as much whether you are on the lake or river. A fantastic modern all rounder. As a modern style boat that performs exactly as you would want it to. Great carrying capacity whilst being kind to you on the moving water and not too much of a handful in the breeze. The flatter, slight rounded hull is well proven and will make paddling this boat an enjoyable experience whatever your skill level and whatever type of water you choose. A popular boat with outdoor education centres. The boat has a factory fitted wooden/webbing seats and a 3rd seat which can be removed if preferred for additional storage or to paddle from a kneeling position . Quality Beech carry handles. The canoe is being sold with (all included) 3 good quality paddles as well as a 'C-Tug' canoe trolley which helps move it from the water to your car rack or trailer, and a spare seat. The boat is stable and moves along beautifully. We are by a sea Loch and have been out in mirror flat waters as well as pretty choppy and the boat handled perfectly. It is comfortable and roomy. We just have not had the time to use it more, when we are all able to go out and its too heavy for 1 person to carry/launch easily. Where we live there is not really an easy beach/ramp to cast off from so needs 2 people, if you have this 1 person could happily go out alone. I have paddled it alone and it is great.
