The case is in the typical style of high London fashion of the period, the case being tall, slim and elegant with long trunk door and surmounted by a pagoda hood with sound fret to the front and side viewing windows. The case is in very nice cared for and polished condition with just some age related movement in places as will always be the case in a clock of this great age.The best quality London 8 Day 5 pillar movement has been serviced and is in nice working order and chiming correctly and comes with pendulum, winding key and original brass cased lead London weights.This is a Beautiful genuine Georgian London Longcase in very nice condition for it's age, which would be a lovely feature for your home.
