A Very Large Antique Late Victorian Genuine Schildpatt and Brown and Cream Mottled Ostrich Feather Fan dated to around 1890 - In Its Original Box Labeled GESLIN, PARIS

Description

This very large fan is made of genuine Schildpatt sticks and large, brown and cream mottled Ostrich feathers. The sticks are connected via a silk satin ribbon. The fan still has its original matching coloured silk tassel and carrying rign attached. The fan measures ca. 15.5" (39 cm) long when closed and ca. 26.5" (68 cm) wide when fully open. The fan is excellent condition (see photos). The fan comes in its original large cardboard box. The inside of the lid bears the label for EVENTAILS GESLIN, 20 passage de princes, PARIS.

Packaging and postage REGISTERED AND TRACKED AIRMAIL USING THE POST OFFICE to the UK will cost £14.50, within Europe via Airmail £14.50 (16.00 Euro), overseas via Airmail £18.00 (ca. US$23.50). I will gladly combine items for shipping (but I require payment before items can be held back for combined shipping). I always refund excess shipping costs.
