Fine stage plate and wheel of stops for brass microscope; F. Koristka, Milano.. A very impressive microscope stage, stage accessory made from thick polished steel (I think), engraved, 'F. Koristka, Milano, N.44132'. It has a dark glass plate to the centre and underneath is a revolving wheel of stops; 4 'dark spots', one opaque glass, one glass with small 'bullseye' centre. The wheel measures 6 cms in diameter. With two universal fixing pins to the bottom, the item is 11mm thick. In remarkable, possibly unused condition.
