We are a local Essex based company dealing in bankrupt stock and clearance lines, We are always looking for great bargains to pass savings onto you.We purchase new lines weekly so please look our for the new bargins listed,we have bought laterly over 250 pallets of crafty bitzs,and now have a small shop on site if you required to collect goods between 9am -3.45pm weekdays only.If you have a large qty of items you wish to sell ?,please give us a call as we could be the buyer.

When phoning regarding previous/current orders please have your ebay username and any additional information you may thinkg will be useful to us ready as you may be asked for this when calling. This will help us ensure that we can answer your quiery more efficiently.
We despatch orders Monday to Friday (Excluding bank/public holidays) only using Royal Mail (Standard 2nd class unless 1st class is seleceted), MyHermes (3-5day courier for long items) and ParcelForce (24hour Courier). We aim to dispatch all orders paid for by 12 Midday, the same day, however there may be occasions when this is not possible.
Once items have been pick, packed and ready for dispatch you will receive an email letting you know that your item/s are on there way.
Once all items have been dispatched it is then down to the delivery company (Royal Mail or ParcelForce) regarding delivery times. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or losses once items have left our premises.
Please note that sometimes items are sent in more than one parcel to keep delivery costs down, however we can only entertain claims of shortages if they are reported to us within 24hours of delivery. Please open your package as soon as you receive it and if any problems contact us via the "Ask a question" link.
Where a customer is unavailable to accept delivery and the order is too large for a standard letterbox it will be taken back to the courier office/Royal Mail Local Delivery Office (Not the Post Office) to await collection. Orders are placed on the understanding that the buyer accepts responsibility for collecting the item from the delivery company office.
Standard 2nd class - 3-7days from dispatch email (Sometimes items arrive within 1-2days).
Standard 1st class - 1-5days from dispatch email.
ParcelForce24 - 1-2days from dispatch email.
My Hermes (Longer items) - 3-7 days from dispatch email.
All returns must be pre arranged with us no matter what the reason.

Please contact us prior to sending items back. We will accept any items that you no longer require however the buyer must pay returns postage on the item and this is NON refundable. Items must be returned within 7days of delivery and must be in unopened and resaleable condition.
Please contact us regarding faulty/damaged items and we will send out a returns form and act once we receive it back.
Unfortunatly sometimes these mistakes happen so please accept out appologise and contact us and we will try to help out and send correct items out.
