This listing features a cushion cover made from an early 20th century grain sack These sacks were used by Eastern European farmers and the pattern and colour of stripes distinguished the sacks from their neighbours. The fabric will have been washed countless times, but is incredibly strong and with a soft chunky rustic appearance which is so appealing. The cover features an envelope style opening and is secured by fabric loops and three beautiful quality large mother of pearl buttons. The cushion cover is very decorative and will suit a traditional or contemporary home. The measurements are 16 inches x 18 inches and will require a feather cushion inner which is a little larger to give a plump well filled look.
