Shipments : I try to ship items the following morning after payment has cleared and no later than 3 days after payment (unless it's a special courier item due to weight). However, delays can happen over the weekends. I normally use Evri via packlink for posting items. This is generally quicker with full tracking available online via Tracking Details for your reference as soon as I've paid the courier. Please be advised, shipping to NI will incur additional costs to P&P.

Returns : I do not accept returns - please read the description of the listing fully. Especially for larger items.

Purchases/Listing Details : I try my very hardest to ensure that listings are as accurate as possible. If there's any extra information required or you're unhappy with received items I will gladly help or try to resolve it. 

Pre-loved Clothing : I try to ensure all my pre-loved clothes are washed unless it is New With Tags (BNWT). BNWT items may have creases from storage but otherwise should be in excellent condition and new as stated. 

Lingerie/Underwear : I do not accept returns. Buy for yourself, your significant other, your own kinks, whatever floats your boat. Discreet packaging is always used and items are never noted on postage labels. 

Baby Bundles : I group baby clothes together by gender, size, theme or condition. I try to clearly state exactly what is within each bundle. Many items will be new or like new as only used for my own babies. 

Books and Miscellaneous Items : I'm trying to list only good quality items that may be of use to others as I'm having a huge clear out.
