About Us
Thank you for visiting the eBay page for the UK's number one skate store! We have a massive range of extreme sports items ready to purchase. We supply some of the biggest brands to cater for our customers and we are constantly expanding our range to stock as many sports as we can!
Skatehut was formed in 2007 as a small family business following a holiday to the USA. The MD has three sons and when his eldest spotted a pair of Heelys in one of the theme parks he decided he had to have a pair!
When they got home they found Heelys were very difficult to get hold of in the UK. They decided that the only thing to do was to start selling them themselves. Within a few months there were over a thousand pairs in their house!
From there we have steadily increased our product range to include skateboards, scooters, skates and much more. We now have over 2000 product lines in stock and more on the way! With all of these products in stock we needed space to hold them all, which we now have with our two warehouses and an amazing 5000 Sq. Ft shop.
We always listen to our customers and add new brands and products every day. We have a great team of people in our warehouse, office and shop to help get these products to you, our customers.

We understand that most of our customers want to use their items right away! As a result, we offer a range of speedy delivery services. The details for these can be found below.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY TAX/IMPORT CHARGES WHICH OCCUR AS A RESULT OF INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS A CHARGE WHICH THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY TO BRING FOREIGN GOODS INTO HIS OR HER COUNTRY.
1) Interlink UK Mainland Delivery - Next Working Day Delivery
Most of our items are sent out on a next working day delivery service. As long as the item offers this option, it will be with you on the next working day providing the following terms are met-
-The order is made before 5pm.
-The transaction is completed before 5pm.
-The order is to be delivered to a mainland UK address. Unfortunately we are unable to send to the highlands and offshore UK via eBay at present. Please order from skatehut.co.uk if you require this delivery method.
PLEASE NOTE
-The service provided is a next WORKING day service. As a result, items will not be delivered on Bank Holidays. Furthermore, Bank Holidays will delay the delivery of orders if they are made after the cut-off point.
-A Saturday and Sunday delivery is available on skatehut.co.uk if you require this.
-Orders made on a Friday before 5pm will be received on the following Monday.
-Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
2) Royal Mail Tracked - 2-3 working day delivery.
In addition to this service, a lot of our lower priced items are sent via Royal Mail. This is often free and usually takes 2-3 working days to reach our customers.
Please note, this service will be delayed during Bank Holiday periods.
4) DPD European Delivery - 2-4 working day delivery
Where available, some of our items are eligible for delivery to Europe. This usually takes 2-4 working days.
Please ensure to include a contact e-mail address and phone number which we can pass on to the courier. Failure to do so may result in a delayed or failed delivery.
Please note, this service will be delayed during Bank Holiday periods.
5) FedEx USA Delivery - Next working day delivery
Where available, deliveries to the USA are NEXT WORKING DAY providing they are are ordered before 12 Noon (GMT). Any orders placed after this period will be sent out the following working day.
-Items under 2kg and of a smaller size typically cost £12 to deliver.
-Items of a larger size and weight can be £20 upwards.
Please ensure to include a contact e-mail address and phone number which we can pass on to the courier. Failure to do so may result in a delayed or failed delivery.
On some occasions packages can be held at customs. This can typically take 2-3 days to clear and cannot be prevented. If this happens, Skatehut cannot be held responsible.

Returns Policy
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, you may return the unused item/s to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in a new and unused, with all tags and packaging included. All returns are checked by Skatehut before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a saleable condition and will return them at cost to the buyer.
Refunds can be provided within 14 days of purchase, exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Along with your item(s) you will find a simple returns form that needs to be completed and returned along with your goods. Please note that failure to complete this form may result in delays when processing your return. We would also ask that you do not put any tape or labels directly on to the product packaging as this will deem the product unsaleable. Please cover the original packaging as best you can before applying any tape or labels.
With most items you will receive a free returns label with your order. If for any reason you need to return the unused/unworn item you can simply complete the returns form, pack the returns form in the parcel, attach the Collect+ label and drop the package at your nearest Collect+ store (89% of our customers are within 1 mile of a Collect+ store).
